Shipping To Multiple Addresses
Currently, coteriefreshnclear.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping price varies depending on the customer’s location. Please take note of the applicable shipping fee when you place your order.

What shipping method is used?
Coterie Fresh’N Clear uses Fed Ex /UPS for most deliveries.
Regrettably, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

How long will my order take to ship?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1- 2 business day. Delivery will generally take 3 to 5 working days, depending on location. You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your account.

I am unable to place an order. What can I do?
Please try the following if you are unable to place an order:

• Try the payment process again to see if it goes through.
• Place an order using a computer instead of a smart phone/tablet.
• Try Mozilla Firefox as our website tends to work best with this internet browser.
• If your payment is still not successful, please contact our Help Desk at (800)759-4303 or email us Info@coteriefreshnclear.com and provide us with a screen shot.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. However, you can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 14 days of receipt of product. Coterie Fresh’N Clear is not responsible for paid postage or returned items.
Please include your name, order number and reason for return on the package or box.

How can I track my order?
Your account will show that your order is “completed” once your order is confirmed and verified. When the order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the website of the shipping company.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Coterie Fresh’N Clear accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
As soon as your purchase has been verified, an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
To safeguard your security, Coterie Fresh’N Clear does not store any credit card details.
Online purchases will be charged to your credit card when you submit your order. However, the transaction will only be put through once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed the availability of stock. You will be notified by email if for any reason we are unable to complete your order.

Chargebacks
All credit card transactions (payments) are final once completed. Buyer waives all rights to charge back credit card payments.
By placing an order, the customer understands and agrees to the all of the Terms and Conditions with no exception. Terms and Conditions may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
You understand and agree that by placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions as stated in this agreement, for every purchase past, present or future including but not limited to any orders made by telephone, website, or personally.
