What does sonic therapy do for the skin?

During a sonic application, high level sound wave technology is used to penetrate below the surface of the skin promoting cellular renewal and repair, toning muscles, increasing blood circulation, encouraging lymphatic drainage, combating puffiness and swelling and improving skin care product penetration.

How often can I use the CLEAN function?

You can use it 2- 3 times per week.

The CLEAN function offers light form of exfoliation, which is great for the skin, but you don’t want to over-exfoliate. Remember that your skin also needs time to recover.

What products do I need to use with the CLEAN function?

You don’t need any products for this sonic function to work! After removing makeup or cleansing the skin with your favorite cleanser, simply moisten your skin with water, swipe the spatula in that area of your face and watch as mist or “micro-bubbles” appear. The more water you use during the CLEAN application the more mist will be present. These micro-bubbles are what deep-cleanses your pores allowing for the debris, makeup and dead skin cells to be removed.

How often can I use the LIFT function?

Great news! You can use it daily with your favorite serum.

The LIFT function works by opening up the pathways between the skin’s cells and thus allowing for the skin care product to penetrate deeper. This deeper infusion of the skin with beneficial ingredients promotes healthier cell rejuvenation.

What products do I need to use with the LIFT function?

This sonic function should be used with a serum or light moisturizer that contains skin-loving ingredients for healthier skin rejuvenation and repair. Examples of products that can be used for daily skin care support are: antioxidants, such as vitamins A, E, C, green tea, CQ10, just to name a few; hydrating ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid; plant stem cells or non-embryonic human stem cells.

Are there any products I shouldn’t use with the LOVE sonic modality?

Do not use the CLEAN function with any cleansers containing AHAs or BHA (glycolic, lactic, mandelic or salicylic acid). Do not use with or after using a scrub.

Do not use the LIFT function with any skin care products that contain AHA or BHA, retinols or doctor’s prescribed topical medications such as Retin-A. Do not use with Benzoyl Peroxide products.
