How do I clean it?

To clean the Fresh ‘N Clear device just use soap and water. You can let it air dry, or you can towel dry it. Since this device is non-porous you do not have to worry about it growing bacteria. If you feel it needs a deeper clean you may use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the Fresh ‘N Clear device.

Can I boil my Fresh ‘N Clear device?

We do not recommend boiling your Fresh ‘N Clear device, as this may damage it.

How do I charge it?

To charge the Fresh ‘N Clear, look at the back of the device and notice there is a small circle on the bottom. Gently plug the connector in the small circle and connect to USB port or adapter.

How do I know when to charge it?

Once the Fresh ‘N Clear device stops completely it is time for you to charge it.

How long is the warranty?

The Limited Warranty is good for one year. Please make sure to save your receipt.
Coterie Fresh’N Clear warrants this device for a period of ONE (1) YEARS after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device. The warranty* covers working parts that affect the function of the device. *Warranty does not apply to play range ! It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

Why did my Fresh ‘N Clear device shut itself off?

The Fresh ‘N Clear device shuts itself off around the 5 minute mark. If your facial device is not turning itself on again that means you need to charge it.

Can I leave my Coterie Fresh’N Clear device outdoors under the sun?

We do not recommend leaving your Fresh ‘N Clear device outdoors under the sun, as this may damage it.

What kind of cleanser do I use with Fresh ‘N Clear device?

You can use foam, gel or milky cleanser. Please do not use any cleanser that is clay based as you won’t promote the deep cleansing, or any cleanser with microbeads as it could scratch the device.

How long can I use Fresh ‘N Clear device?

The Fresh ‘N Clear device is gentle enough to use it up to twice a day. Just two to five minutes in the morning and two to five minutes in the evening (this is including the moisturizing) and you will notice a difference to your complexion in 3-5 days.

How do I use Fresh ‘N Clear device?

To use your Fresh ‘N Clear device, first dampen your face, you can apply a small amount of cleanser to the nodules on the Fresh ‘N Clear device or onto your face. Turn the Fresh ‘N Clear device on and in a gentle circular motion do one area at a time using the exfoliating side. Work on one area for 15 seconds, then move to the next area. Once your face has been exfoliated, rinse off the soap, and pat your skin dry. You then can redo the steps with a small amount of serum using the thermal anti-aging/massaging side.

How do I turn on/off Fresh ‘N Clear device?

To turn your Fresh ‘N Clear device on: push the spot in between the plus and the minus button to turn your Fresh ‘N Clear device on and off.

How many uses will I get out of it before I need to charge it again?

If you are only using the Fresh ‘N Clear device for your face you should get around 200 uses out of it before you need to recharge from a full charge. If you are using it on your arms, or legs like some of our Fresh ‘N Clear users, you will need to charge it more often as you are using it for a longer period of time.
